• Prior experience working with students, familiarity with literacy interventions;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to engage with diverse learners;
• Patience and adaptability;
• Belief in the potential for all students to succeed.

• Help improve student confidence and achievement in ELA;
• Provide personalized, targeted instruction to students based on individual learning needs;
• Monitor and assess student progress using formative assessments;
• Collaborate with program staff and instructional coaches to align tutoring strategies;
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to foster engagement and confidence;
• Participate in training sessions, ongoing coaching, and professional development activities;
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and outcomes;
• Other duties as assigned.
