High School Math Teacher

Role Overview: This position involves teaching high school mathematics within a supportive, collaborative environment to prepare students for college-level work and foster self-guided learning. Teachers will instruct courses such as Algebra, Geometry, or Calculus, using engaging strategies to build student confidence and critical thinking skills.

• Instruction:
  Deliver math content aligned with curriculum, support problem-solving, and promote meaningful engagement. Collaborate with the department to set academic goals.
• Data Analysis:
  Regularly review student work and assessments with leadership to tailor instruction and differentiate for all learners.

• Experience or interest in impacting K-12 students in urban settings (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong math expertise, with a bachelor's degree; certification not mandatory but eligibility for NY certification required.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
