Learning Care in Rochester, NY is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and uphold licensing guidelines. You will foster growth of preschool children while building relationships with families.
You will manage the classroom, implement curricula, ensure a safe environment, and communicate with parents. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and growth through our Master Teacher Program.
