Uncommon Schools seeks Apprentice Teachers to gain hands-on practice in K-12 classrooms and to observe best practices from Master Teachers. You will co-teach with teacher-leaders, provide in-house coverage, tutor students, and assist with enrichment and mentoring. Through ongoing coaching and development, you will grow toward full-time teaching opportunities.
By year end you will be prepared to apply for full-time teaching positions, with weekly coaching and support embedded in your schedule.
