Per Diem - Afternoons;
For the School Year
Starting Date:
September 2026
Salary Range: $42.50 per hour
* Actual Salary is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
- Implement the Driver and Traffic Safety Education curriculum.
- Provide a high level of safety and supervision for students while driving on the road.
- Assess students' driving skills.
- Hold a NYS Driver Education Teacher Certification: MV-283 "Approved" designation with secondary teacher certification or MV-283 with "Restricted" designation.
- Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience teaching Driver Education preferred.
- Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
