Charles Settlement House is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support and mentor youth in a safe, engaging after-school setting in Rochester. The role focuses on building confidence, skills, and positive decision-making through structured activities and family partnerships.
The position is part-time (20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 2pm–6pm) with a $17.50 hourly rate and requires an Associate degree or SAC Credential with experience working with youth under 13; CPR/First Aid certification
