RN Educator

As an RN Educator at Rochester Regional Health, you will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for nurses and interprofessional staff to enhance quality, safety, and patient outcomes. You will assess learning needs, develop evidence-based curricula, lead orientations, in-services, and simulation-based trainings, and support competency validation across units. Partnering closely with nursing leadership and frontline teams, you will promote best practices, regulatory readiness, and a culture of continuous learning in a diverse, collaborative environment with strong opportunities for growth and advancement.
