Eagle's Care Staff (Part-Time)
Position Details
Schedule:
5.25 hours per day, 10-month position (follows K-6 student calendar)
Work Hours:
7:00 a.m.
- 8:30 a.m. and/or 2:15 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m.
Starting Date September 8, 2026, or as soon as practical
Compensation $17.00 per hour
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Substantial experience working with children under the age of 12
Primary Role
The Assistant Teacher reports directly to the Lead Teacher and is responsible for supporting the daily implementation of program activities at their assigned site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementation of programs for children
Collaborate as a member of a team
Maintain positive communication and rapport with parents
Uphold confidentiality at all times
Ensure a safe and secure environment for children and staff
Report to assigned duties on time and maintain a strong attendance record
Perform other duties as assigned

Demonstrate professional behavior, including a high level of confidentiality
Required Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of developmental characteristics of children and adolescents
Ability to work successfully with students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
