Lima Christian is hiring for full and part-time elementary teachers for the fall. You will plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with NY State Standards and Lima Christian School Student Expected Outcomes. Working from an established curriculum, you’ll have the freedom to make it your own while creating a nurturing environment that promotes academic, social, and spiritual growth.

• Develop and deliver personalized, faith-integrated instruction
• Create a supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress
• Collaborate with LCS staff to meet school-wide curriculum goals
• Foster each student’s academic and spiritual development

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Heart for Christian education and biblical worldview integration

• Master’s degree in education
• Technology proficiency and classroom experience
• Progress toward state teacher certification (Elementary Teacher grades 1-6) and/or ACSI certification
