We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Resiliency Specialist to support the academic, social, and emotional success of elementary school students. This role focuses on building strong relationships, improving attendance, and providing targeted interventions to help students overcome barriers to success.

• Work closely with all students to promote resilience, engagement, and well-being
• Monitor and support student attendance, including outreach and intervention strategies
• Manage a designated caseload of students requiring additional support
• Provide supervision and assistance in the SOS (Student Support) Resource Room
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with families to support student success
• Support grade-level teams and contribute to student progress initiatives
• Perform assigned duties such as lunch supervision
• Transport students as needed (must be van licensed and trained)

• Experience working with elementary school students in an educational or support role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain organized caseloads
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
• Valid driver’s license; van certification/training required (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in attendance intervention or student support services
• Background in social work, counseling, education, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
