Digital hardware engineer

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelors degree in electrical or computer engineering, or a related discipline
• Over 6 years of relevant industry experience (4+ years with a masters degree) or 10+ years of experience in Digital Design without a degree
• Deep understanding of embedded microprocessor design and ARM Core integration
• Extensive knowledge of high-speed digital communication protocols including DDR memory, USB, and Ethernet
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as LTSpice, Hyper Lynx, and MATLAB
• Proven experience with the complete PCB design process, including requirement analysis, schematic capture with Mentor VX/Designer, and high-speed layout analysis
• Strong skillset in executing verification and validation tests using lab equipment
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 for compliance and reliability in hardware engineering
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance

• Collaborate in the design and enhancement of advanced digital hardware for software‑defined radios
• Utilize simulation tools to analyze and validate circuit functionality and integrity
• Lead the full design cycle from requirements gathering to schematic capture and layout analysis
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify subsystem and system‑level performance
• Ensure all hardware designs meet strict regulatory standards and reliability criteria
• Engage in continuous improvement of hardware performance and compliance measures
