TOPTICA Photonics, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of TOPTICA Photonics, SE, a global manufacturer of high‑performance laser systems used in demanding science and industry applications. We are seeking a qualified Laser Technology R&D Laboratory Technician to work within the R&D team on a wide range of projects, including hands‑on work with lasers and optics, automation and motion control, data acquisition, interfacing, analysis, and report generation.

Pittsford, NY – full‑time – Experienced professional.

• Collaboration within the R&D team on a wide range of laboratory tasks related to new product development of lasers and optical components
• Optical alignment of lasers and optical systems
• Data acquisition and analysis in support of measurement campaigns

• Prior experience handling and working with optics
• Experience with Altium
• Prior experience with machine vision
• Experience with Solid Works
