* Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, etc.
* Experience with Mate/De-mate of Flight cables
* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing practices.
* Experience working in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
* Experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping environment.
* Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
* Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
Job Description:
The Integration and Test department is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician. Working under general supervision, the Technician will apply their knowledge of Electrical Technology and Electronics to engage in functional testing, verification and validation of electronic, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems. Test involvement will include but is not limited to test preparation, test execution, operation of custom test sets, operation of test-related equipment, recording data and reporting data.
The candidate will provide support for product testing as well as set up and integration of test equipment. This will be an on-site position as remote support is generally not possible due to the nature of the testing environment.
Qualifications:
* Applicants must be U.S. citizens and be willing to submit to a background investigation, as a government security clearance required for this position.
* Willingness to work overtime, shift work, weekends and holidays.
* Speaks clearly and concisely, presenting ideas effectively to individuals or groups.
* Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
* Must be able to perform as an individual contributor as well as within a team environment.
* Must be detailed oriented , able to maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation
* Able to communicate with engineers and other employees on the floor, clear and concise communication skills
