• Lead and manage all injection molding process engineering activities, including development, optimization, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Supervise a team of experienced engineers and molding technicians, promoting strong technical execution.
• Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and OEE through scientific molding and data‑driven methods.
• Ensure all processes meet ISO and medical‑device regulatory requirements.
• Support tooling readiness, new mold trials, and troubleshooting of complex molding issues.
• Contribute to new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing support.

• Bachelor s degree in Plastics Engineering or another engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of hands‑on injection molding engineering experience (medical device preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing seasoned technical staff.
• Strong understanding of molding equipment, tooling, and scientific molding principles.
• Experience working in regulated or ISO‑driven environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Scientific molding or RJG certifications are a plus.
