$90K – $160K+ (higher for senior/specialized talent)

What You'll Work On:- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated systems and production lines
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to drive plant performance
- Support capital projects
, including equipment upgrades and new line installations - Analyze production data to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and waste
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manufacturing / Process Engineering
- Controls Engineering (PLC, HMI, SCADA)
- Industrial / Production Engineering
- Continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- 3–10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with:
- Process optimization and production support
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced production environments
Skills:
- PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems
- Capital project leadership experience
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- Experience in high‑volume or continuous manufacturing environments
- $90K – $160K+ base salary
- Higher for:
- Controls / automation expertise
- Multi‑site or capital project leadership
- Specialized industry experience
- Full benefits packages vary by client
