Roles & Responsibilities of Digital Hardware Engineer at Rochester, NY

• Design and integrate high speed digital protocols (ARM cores, DDR, USB, Ethernet).
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis.
• Execute verification and validation test plans using lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with MIL?
  
  STD and IPC standards.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to meet system requirements.

This is a Full time Direct hire opportunity.

What We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of digital hardware design experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with simulation tools (LTSpice, Hyper Lynx, MATLAB).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SDR architectures and RF integration.
• Experience with embedded software, VHDL, and scripting (Python, Tcl).
• Knowledge of Agile PLM, boundary scan (JTAG), and configuration management.
• Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $110-140K/Yearly.
