TITLE
Sr. Electrical Engineer
SUMMARY
A growing defense technology company near Rochester is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and develop advanced electronic hardware used in sensing and defense systems. This role focuses on analog, digital, and RF circuit design while supporting prototype development, testing, and system validation within a collaborative engineering team. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex sensing technology used to support defense operations worldwide.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have strong experience designing analog, digital, or RF circuits used in complex electronic systems.
- Have worked in product development environments where you designed, tested, and debugged electronic hardware and prototype circuit boards.
- Are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams while guiding PCB layout and supporting system integration.
- Enjoy solving difficult technical problems and mentoring junior engineers to help strengthen engineering teams.
- Work on challenging engineering problems involving advanced sensing and electronic systems used in maritime defense applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and at least 5 years of experience designing electronic hardware systems. Candidates should have experience developing analog, digital, or RF circuitry, testing and debugging electronic systems, and collaborating within engineering teams on complex product development efforts.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
