Key Responsibilities- Participate in new product introductions and early learning shipments.
- Resolve critical long-term customer issues with upper management and identify special projects for successful implementation.
- Responsible for product hardware performance at a specific customer.
- Provide third-level escalation for hardware and software stability issues.
- Drive failure analysis to identify long-term technical issues, create resolution plans, and develop design corrections.
- Provide alpha and beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, processes, or software.
- Initiate and review engineering change orders to ensure data supports fixes and follow up with communication to the field.
- Engage in technical dialogue with the customer for escalations or availability requests.
- Generate and present system performance data including MTBF, MTBI and availability; report process data and I/W spending analysis.
- Support GPS in generating documentation such as CENs and BKMs; create and review documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans.
- Present at customer level and ensure field implementation.
- Organize and manage on-site training for early learning shipments and new product introductions; audience includes internal and external engineers.
- Enhance local team technical knowledge through knowledge transfer from BU to the account.
- Sustain engineering responsibilities: provide lifecycle ownership for released products, implement hardware changes for design issues or component obsolescence, diagnose, fix, and validate firmware bugs to ensure product stability, quality, and manufacturability.
- Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise related to RF systems (hardware and firmware)
- Ability to troubleshoot to component level
- Perform data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar utilities
- Experience in firmware/software test development using Robot Framework or Pytest
- Knowledge of C/C++ embedded firmware design with RTOS
- Skilled in Python script development
- Knowledge of industrial communication standards such as Ether
CAT would be a plus
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Ability to deliver presentations to internal and external customers
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or higher education.
Experience7 – 10 Years of relevant experience.
