We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Architect and Project Manager with a focus on higher education experience to join our team in our Rochester, NY office. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a supportive, team-oriented design environment with significant opportunity to lead a variety of project types and help to expand our reputation in the Northeast region.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leadership and assistance in the design and management of a variety of project types with a focus on higher education projects.

• Develop projects from concept through construction administration.

• Willingness to both lead and assist on project teams.

• Manage and mentor staff.

• Communicate with and manage clients

• Coordinate with a variety of design and engineering consultants.

• Review and apply building codes.

• Capable of working on multiple projects at a given time.

Position Requirements

Skills Required:

Revit proficiency. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion or other rendering software is a plus.

Educational / Experience Requirement:

Qualified applicants should be licensed with 7+ years of experience working in an architectural design firm.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
