- Draft plumbing construction drawings including details, plans, and sections
- Perform plumbing-related calculations
- Design plumbing systems for various building types
- Select appropriate plumbing equipment
- Coordinate with other engineering and architectural trades during design
- Develop construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit
- Participate in developing details, equipment schedules, and specifications
- Research and assess building performance and other regulations
- Contribute to design discussions and carry design concepts through to project drawings
- Contribute to sustainable design discussions and implement sustainable strategies
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members
- Degree in mechanical engineering or computer aided drafting
- Minimum 8 years of experience working for a consulting engineering firm
- Ability to work with minimal assistance from senior staff
- PE license not required but a plus
- AutoCAD and/or Revit experience required
