We are seeking an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III Manager to champion our NDT program and drive technical excellence across our dynamic team.
Candidates may choose to report to any one of the following locations:
Buffalo, Clifton Park, Highland, Rome, Rochester, Syracuse, or Utica in the state of New York.

Certifications:
ASNT NDT Level III (VT, MT, or UT) and AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). - Industry
Experience:
Background in third-party structural inspection and developing technical training programs. - Technical
Skills:
Strong ability to interpret complex project plans, structural blueprints, and specifications. - Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Developing, managing, and auditing corporate NDT programs in accordance with ASNT standards.
- Training, mentoring, and certifying internal NDT personnel while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Reviewing technical reports and coordinating proposals, work plans, budgets, and invoices for steel/NDT projects.
- Acting as the primary technical contact for clients and participating in local business development to secure new opportunities.
