As a Manufacturing Test Technician at Power Solutions, you will partner with Test Engineering to fabricate and support test fixtures, document designs, and troubleshoot NPI builds. You will collaborate with test, manufacturing, and software teams early in the product development and introduction process. This role reports to the Test Engineering team.

• Building, testing and troubleshooting production and NPI fixtures.
• Developing documentation to enable fixture duplication internally and at suppliers.
• Supporting CNC machining and 3D printing for fixture fabrication.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally with manufacturing, NPI engineering, and supply chain to support rapid prototyping.
• Participating in pre‑release design and process reviews.
• Travel:
  Up to 0‑5 % of time required.

• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with fixture design and fabrication processes.
• Effective collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Basic material coordination and documentation support.

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent, or on‑the‑job training (e.g., military training).
• More than 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to identify and resolve electrical defects.

• CAD experience.
• 3D printing experience.
• CNC machining experience.

• Physical Demand 1:
  Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working Condition 1:
  Work in a fabrication lab environment using PPE.

Pay Range: $18.89 – 31.49 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
