Role Overview
We are looking for a Scientist or Engineer to join our Inkjet Materials R&D team onsite in Rochester, New York. This individual will work on the development and characterization of new ink formulations and materials for digital inkjet printing.
Key Responsibilities- Development, evaluation and commercialization of new ink formulations and functional materials
- Establishment of testing methods and expand internal infrastructure for IJ materials characterization
- Develop understanding of the fluid properties required for printing and product performance.
- ~5 to 10 years experience in the inks, printing, colloids, dispersions or related industries
- Basic understanding of dispersions and related processes and materials
- History of formulating ink for Piezoelectric based jetting a strong plus
- Working knowledge of color science
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on teams
- Willingness to work hands‑on in the lab
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science
