Service Manager
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate Pest Technician teams in local Terminix branches, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Role OverviewOversee daily operations, schedule technicians, ensure compliance, manage inventory, facilitate training, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Day-in-the-Life- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
- Respond to customer concerns, including cancellation requests.
- Inspect and evaluate performance of Pest Technicians.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
- Facilitate continual training of sales and service teams.
- Associate’s degree (four‑year degree highly desirable).
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
- 1–2 years of related experience helpful, not required.
- Willingness to relocate highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and rapport‑building skills.
- Excellent communication: interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Problem‑solving ability with practical solutions.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations.
- Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
