* Essential Job Functions:

*** Design, develop, and maintain industrial control systems (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA) to support manufacturing operations
* Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve plant performance
* Lead and support automation projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new installations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all control system activities
* Analyze process data and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures for control systems
* Support plant start-ups, shutdowns, and commissioning activities as required
** Qualifications &

Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in
** Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering**, or a related engineering discipline
* Minimum
** 3 years of relevant experience
** in industrial automation or process control
* Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS, and/or SCADA systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
* Knowledge of process safety standards and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
* Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to decide and drive outcomes
** Compensation & Benefits :
** The expected salary range for this role is **$74 000-$96 000**, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
