We are seeking an Applications Engineer to join a growing team that delivers innovative industrial equipment, tooling, and manufacturing solutions.
As an Applications Engineer, you will partner directly with customers to understand their manufacturing needs, develop tailored solutions, and help improve productivity, efficiency, and overall production performance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate customer manufacturing processes, applications, and production requirements
- Recommend equipment, tooling, and process improvements that optimize performance and efficiency
- Design and develop customized manufacturing and production solutions
- Manage projects from concept through implementation and customer adoption
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges, providing practical technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions
- Prepare technical proposals, application recommendations, and supporting documentation
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Travel to customer facilities as needed to support projects and technical discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment, tooling, machining, automation, or production processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- CAD experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
