Location: City of Rochester
Black & Veatch is seeking an Estimator to support lump-sum, unit-rate and cost-plus estimates for water and civil projects. You will develop quantities from design docs and 3D models, prepare detailed cost estimates, and align estimates with work breakdown structures.
You will coordinate with estimating and design teams, assess labor productivity and equipment needs, and help maintain historical cost data and benchmarking across project types.
