Umanist NA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to lead large-scale mechanical and plumbing estimates for projects exceeding $10 million, supporting Design-Build, Design-Assist, and hard bid opportunities. The role collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the estimating process.
You will develop subcontractor scopes, negotiate pricing, perform takeoffs, review specs and drawings, and mentor junior estimators in a fast-paced environment.
