Re:
Build Optimation is seeking a Process and Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to guide a high‑performing group in Rochester, NY, and Rush, NY. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day engineering activities, allocate workload, mentor engineers, and drive talent management, hiring, and onboarding.
On-site presence is expected with occasional client travel. You bring 7–10+ years in chemical, process, or mechanical engineering, strong communication, and hands‑on design skills (AutoCAD/ Solid Works).
