Whether you're a recent graduate with proven internship or co-op experience or you have a few years of machine design work behind you, you're motivated to learn from expert engineers and grow into increasing responsibility over time.

You enjoy the technical work—turning ideas into 3D models and detailed drawings, running calculations to make sure a design holds up, and solving problems methodically. You're comfortable asking questions, curious about emerging methods and tools, and you take safety seriously whether you're at your desk, in a fabrication shop, or on a client site. If you value continuous learning and collaboration, this is a strong place to start your career.
