Engineer, Reactor Manager

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineer, Reactor Manager to oversee safe, reliable operation of nuclear reactor systems. In this role, you will manage core operations, monitor reactor performance, and ensure strict compliance with NRC and industry regulations. You will lead technical troubleshooting, direct operating procedures, and coordinate maintenance and outage activities to maximize safety and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams, you will analyze plant data, implement improvements, and support licensing and regulatory activities in a culture focused on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant operation of nuclear reactor systems
• Monitor reactor performance and analyze plant operating data
• Develop and enforce reactor operating procedures and protocols
