We are actively recruiting individuals to join our team at Domino’s Pizza as Customer Service Representatives. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, operating all equipment, preparing products, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities- Operate all equipment
- Prepare product to standard specifications
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Work to a schedule with punctuality
- Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards
- Deliver great customer service over phone and in person
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; use a calculator if needed
- Enter information into digital systems using a keyboard or touchscreen
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Provide transportation to and from work
- Systematic training and potential management development

Work Conditions- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position
- Walking short distances for short durations
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, carrying cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs, stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be available after 3 p.m.
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
