What You’ll Do- Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
- Complete paperwork and reports in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
- Provide “best‑in‑the‑business” service to customers, both internal and external.
- Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently, escalating issues when needed.
- Manage inventory and parts tracking.
- Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with fellow technicians.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain composure in high‑energy environments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Problem‑solving ability with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
- Experience in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience a bonus).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work a sometimes‑changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain licensure through Nevada Gaming Control Board and/or other gaming jurisdictions.
- Travel to different casinos and customers within your territory.
- Growth potential through training, mentorship, and a drive for success.
- Work with the latest casino gaming equipment.
- Hands‑on work that involves solving real‑time challenges.
You’ll be on your feet, walking, standing, and sometimes bending or squatting for long stretches.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds. Work environments may vary, including non‑climate‑controlled settings.
