Job Description & How to Apply Below
A leading global manufacturing and industrial technology organization is expanding its Accounting & Finance team. This company is a trusted provider of complex systems, services, and technologies across multiple industrial markets, with a large global footprint and a strong history of promoting from within.
This is a highly visible role supporting a manufacturing-driven business, where you’ll partner closely with the Controller, VP of Finance, and operational leadership to bridge the gap between the plant floor and the financial statements. You’ll combine hands-on accounting with forward-looking analysis to drive smarter operational and financial decisions.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze monthly financial performance for a manufacturing environment, delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present routine and ad hoc financial reports, including variance analysis and management commentary.
- Lead and support the annual budget process and monthly forecasting cycles, with a strong focus on manufacturing performance and cost drivers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries as part of the close process.
- Own balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and taking the lead on resolving discrepancies.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to understand the financial impact of production, inventory, and cost decisions.
- Support ad hoc projects and deep-dive analyses tied to manufacturing performance, cost structure, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience across general ledger accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and translating complex data into business insights.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow within a global manufacturing organization.
- This is a chance to step into a high-impact finance role at the heart of a manufacturing operation—where your work influences plant performance, cost management, and strategic decisions. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, work in a complex industrial environment, and have real opportunities for long-term growth.
