Overview

Wealth Client Relationship Manager

Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and help clients grow their practice through referrals, delivering financial solutions that ignite clients' aspirations. This role requires strong client insight, collaboration, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients. Under moderate supervision, operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net-worth clients achieve financial goals. Manage a book of assigned clients, support the implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to bring value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
  • All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
Educational Requirements
  • University degree preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator:
    Series 7;
    Series 63;
    Series 65;
    Series 66
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment
  • FINRA registrations Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65, and Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date
  • Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years in wealth management, financial advisory support, or client service roles within the financial services industry

Anticipated Posting End Date

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $62,500/yr - $87,500/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal pay equity, performance, business sector, and location. The compensation package may include participation in incentive programs based on performance.
