The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Rochester office between January 2027 and April 2027.
** Responsibilities
* ** Prepare concise individual income tax returns
* Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
* Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
* Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
* Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
** Qualifications

* Required:

*** At least three years experience in client tax preparation
* Proficiency in Pro System FX tax software

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
** Hours of Operation:
*** Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
* We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
