Location: City of Rochester
Citadel LLC in New York seeks an Equity Quantitative Trader to optimize trading strategies and maximize profitability. You will decide capital allocation, manage risk, and translate research into production strategies that trade real capital with tight coupling to researchers and engineers.
You will own portfolio-level risk, monitor performance across market regimes, and iterate to improve risk-adjusted returns under time constraints in a high-ownership environment.
