Trust Senior Associate

This position is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities to fiduciary and trust clients. The incumbent acts as a trust product expert, seeks opportunities to increase product penetration within existing books of business, and serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. The role supports Trust and Estate Officers with account servicing, resolves client questions, and coordinates the delivery of trust services across internal teams.

• Supports Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, applying trust product knowledge to support client transactions.
• Serves as an additional point of contact for clients and/or backup for Trust Officers, handling account questions and resolving service issues including investment management, trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, compliance metric exceptions, and Client Maintenance Tool updates.
• Identifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business while assisting other service associates as needed.
• Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through appropriate channels within Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups.
• Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service.
• Direct experience supporting advisors and client relationships within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust Services, or related financial services environment strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of trust administration principles and fiduciary client servicing activities preferred.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired.
• High School Diploma/GED/Secondary School or equivalent as minimum education.

Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40. Pay range: $31.25 - $44.33 hourly, subject to determination based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible for the annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.
