Location: City of Rochester
Affinius Capital is seeking Analysts to join its New York Investment team, starting July 2027. Analysts participate in underwriting, diligence, and closing of new investments and in ongoing asset management.
Essential duties include evaluating opportunities, producing analyses, and supporting due diligence and closing processes. Qualifications include a finance/economics/business/real estate oriented undergrad with strong GPA and interest in real estate.
