Associate, Portfolio Management

The Real Estate Investment Associate role at Blackstone involves supporting the underwriting and execution of real estate investments. • Support the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities
• Perform due diligence and travel to properties
• Design and review financial models
• Oversee transaction execution and participate in meetings
• Draft investment committee memoranda
  
  Track and analyze ongoing portfolio investments
• Conduct market research to support underwriting

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of real estate private equity investing/acquisitions experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and independence
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
