Job Description Summary
Buy and sell assets and commodities for external clients (such as oil, electricity, shares, bonds, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with external customers, evaluate their portfolios and advise them on buying or selling.
Responsibilities- Deal in a complex financial market by applying market expertise and knowledge and by leading and managing a treasury/trading team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring they remain satisfied and loyal to the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex financial products, and develop and amend as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Supervise activities performed by a financial product development or specialist team.
- Oversee a complex area or set of projects, guiding the financial risk management activities of a business unit, strengthening the organization's overall risk posture.
- Manage a highly complex and impactful data analysis function and interpret policy changes aimed at reaching business goals.
- Analyze, assess, and quantify the risks associated with products, individual applications, business activities, and the market to determine whether any risk is within the agreed risk appetite.
- Undertake tactical risk modeling.
- Communicate and articulate potential resolutions or strategies in a clear, compelling, and tailored manner to address specific challenges or meet organizational needs.
- Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
- Analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders.
- Express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, and policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Required)
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Required)
- Bachelor’s in Finance (Required)
