Job Summary
Celebrating more than 60 years of rich history and recognition for service and excellence in the Financial Services industry, Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate who is a motivated, detail oriented and creative problem solver to join our growing team.
Responsibilities- Serve as first point of contact for high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients via phone, in-person, virtual, and mail.
- Assist in new client onboarding, large client liquidity events, and private placement investment monitoring.
- Execute discretionary and non‑discretionary product trading, model maintenance, and performance tracking.
- Service alternative investments and foreign accounts, including setup and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage budgeting and tracking of Financial Advisor expenses and produce reports to identify practice performance metrics.
- Support Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars, mailings, and other client‑facing events.
- Act as mentor to junior team members and manage team workflow toward greater operational efficiencies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in‑person, virtual).
- Proficient in CRM software, goal‑planning software, and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of investment concepts, securities industry practices, trading terminology, financial markets, and industry regulations.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and use required software applications for correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Fluent in Hebrew is a plus.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required.
- Series 7 required;
Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state. - Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required by state.
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus five (5) years of relevant financial services experience.
Salary & Benefits- Base salary range: $80,000.00 – $96,000.00.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
