Senior Associate, LCS Restructuring

Blackstone is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Restructuring team within the Liquid Credit business. In this role, you’ll analyze and manage restructuring initiatives, work with various stakeholders, and conduct in-depth financial analysis. • Analyze different options for managing liabilities and restructuring balance sheets.
• Underwrite and structure new investments related to restructuring.
• Work with restructuring advisors and other lenders.
• Conduct financial analysis and industry research.
• Review legal documents and draft internal and external memoranda.

• 2+ years of experience in restructuring or distressed investing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of credit markets, especially in restructuring.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
