Assistant Vice President, Product Control and Reporting

You’ll coordinate between various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for senior management and investors. • Work with the CIO office on reporting needs and enhancements.
• Coordinate reporting between portfolio managers and the middle office.
• Produce senior management and LP reporting deliverables.
• Track firmwide commitments and maintain reporting controls.
• Reconcile transaction data for accurate client reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline reporting processes.
• Help develop solutions for changing business needs.
• Create presentation materials for senior management.

• 6+ years of experience in finance reporting or related fields.
• Understanding of private credit or equity is a plus.
• Experience with fixed income securities or loans preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
