As an integral member of the Global Investors Group (GIG) Investor Relations team, the Associate will playa central rolein supporting the firm’s fundraising efforts and driving investor due diligencethrough to completion. The position focuses on project management which encompasses preparing andmaintainingfundraising and diligence materials, managing the flow of due diligence requests, and ensuring that prospective and existing investors receivetimely,accurate, and complete information throughout the capital-raising and closing process.
This role requires outstanding communication and analytical skills, strong project management and organizational abilities, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver for investors. It is a highly visible position, interacting with C-suite leaders, Portfolio Management, Finance, Compliance, and other leaders throughout the business, as well as directly with prospective and existing investors.
Essential Duties:
- Support new and existing fund launches and product development by preparing the associated fundraising and investor materials.
- Partner with the Investment and Global Investors Group (GIG) capital raising teams to complete investor documentation and support the subscription and closing processes.
- Track fundraising deliverables, deadlines, and materials across active and pipeline capital raises to keep the team ready for each launch.
- Create, edit, and maintain investor presentations and other marketing and fundraising materials to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Serve as the central coordination point across functions and regions, partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management and Analytics, and Investment teams on fundraising materials, due diligence requests, and investor documentation.
- Prepare due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and respond to investor and consultant due diligence requests with accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Own the execution and tracking of all due diligence items and investor requests through to completion, coordinating input from internal teams and following up to close open items.
- Maintain a centralized library of standardized DDQ responses, data points, and supporting documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across investors.
- Assist in drafting private placement memorandums (PPMs) and other fundraising materials on an as needed basis by securing information from relevant team members, preparing responses, creating charts and exhibits, and assembling final materials.
- Coordinate the collection and quality review of diligence materials, ensuring responses align with approved messaging and disclosure requirements.
- Complete special projects and other investor related responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, English or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in applicable experience in private equity real estate and/or investor relations, financial/investor communications, client support or financial public relations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management experience.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite full-time in the New York office.
