AVP, Investment Finance

The AVP, Investment Finance role at GIC involves overseeing the finance and reporting aspects of private market investments in the Americas. • Work with deal teams to assess valuations and operational needs
• Coordinate financial due diligence during acquisitions and divestments
• Provide input on holding structures and funding mechanisms
• Manage work streams with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and review market valuations for private investments
• Collaborate with operations team on funding guidelines
• Oversee financial controls and liaise with auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, or equivalent
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in private markets
• CPA qualification is ideal
• Experience with real estate transactions is a plus
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident in engaging with various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
