JK Executive Strategies is partnering with a respected independent wealth management firm affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services to recruit a Wealth Advisor. The firm combines the personalized service and entrepreneurial culture of an independent practice with the resources, technology, and investment platform of one of the industry's leading financial services organizations.
The Wealth Advisor helps clients make informed financial decisions through comprehensive wealth management and personalized financial planning. Working alongside experienced advisors, this individual will begin with an established client base, have opportunities to take on additional client relationships, and continue building their practice through client referrals, professional centers of influence, and community involvement.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary advisor for an established client base while taking on additional client relationships and growing your practice through client referrals, professional centers of influence, and community involvement.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Develop integrated financial strategies that address investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and legacy planning.
- Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews to ensure recommendations remain aligned with clients' goals and changing circumstances.
- Coordinate planning recommendations with CPAs, attorneys, and other trusted professionals when appropriate.
- Collaborate with fellow advisors, financial planners, and the Client Service Team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in the firm's Investment Committee and contribute to investment strategy and planning discussions.
- Maintain all required licenses and registrations while ensuring compliance with FINRA, SEC, Raymond James, and firm policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses required.
- Three or more years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or advising client relationships.
- CFP® designation preferred or active pursuit of CFP® certification.
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
- Experience with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
