Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Operations Consultant for its Investment Operations team. This role focuses on operational support and day-to-day management of Strategic Insurance Clients.
Job Responsibilities:- Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions/issues across diverse credit investments.
- Oversee daily reconciliation processes with stakeholders to ensure accurate records for the monthly close, reviewing overdue receivables and suspense accounts.
- Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex private transactions.
- Oversee daily/monthly reporting, assist in building better reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before client delivery.
- Coordinate responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries, ensuring timely follow-up and response back to clients.
- Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with Insurance Accounting systems is a strong plus (Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin).
Pay Rate: $75 - $85/hr, DOE
