Investor Relations, Analyst​/Associate

Company Overview

A leading investment management firm with over $5 billion in assets under management specializes in commercial real estate debt investments. They are seeking a proactive Associate for their Investor Relations team to support the capital-raising process.

• Own accountability for the investor CRM system (Deal Cloud), maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflows.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior leadership, including insights and projected capital inflows.
• Manage relationships with Deal Cloud representatives.
• Identify and manage lists of prospective institutional investors aligned with the firm’s fundraising strategies.
• Develop customized approaches for prospective investors based on their investment mandates and portfolio allocations.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to convert cold prospects into active pipeline opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of peer investment firms and track their fundraising cycles and product launches.
• Synthesize industry reports to identify emerging trends and actionable strategies.
• Identify areas where competitors are succeeding or failing to inform firm strategy and fundraising approach.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics preferred.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a financial role, preferably real estate or fixed income related.
• Skilled in research and CRM database management.
• Ability to generate insights, identify emerging themes, and translate data into actionable strategies.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, Plus Bonus
