QualificationsCompletion of eighth grade plus one (1) year paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience in building cleaning work. If you are appointed, you will be required to have, and maintain, a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State.
Special RequirementsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking and climbing (stairs, ladders)
- Frequent lifting
- Frequent bending, twisting and standing
- Exposure to working in an office environment, and outdoors in all-weather conditions
- Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week, including weekend assignments as required
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Town residents will be given priority.
